Seiko 5 Sports GMT Mens Black Grape SKX Re-Interpretation SSK001K1 Stainless Steel Case and Bracelet Automatic Movement Watch with GMT functionality. First released in the 90s, the SKX Seiko 5 Sports watches were a modernised version of the classics – updating the reliability and durability of the 1960s originals. The 90s collection offered improved practicality – enhanced water resistance, strengthened crystals along with luminous hands and hour markers.

The bi-colour 24-hour bezel is coated in Hardlex, to ensure durability while the GMT hand improves practicality, visibility and legibility. The beads of rice bracelet remains true to the SKX heritage with a five-piece link design that forms a series of small X-shaped patterns. Designed for practical international timekeeping, the GMT hand and high visibility hour markers, along with clear 24-hour bezel, mean multiple time zone calculations can be made at a glance, quickly and easily.

The SKX001 is powered by the Seiko 4R34 automatic with manual winding movement with an approximate power reserve of 41 hours. The case size is 42.5mm with thickness of 13.5mm and a lug width of 22mm. The SKX001K features a see-through case back, screw case back and a rotating bezel. The clasp is three fold with a secure lock. The hands and indices are coated in LumiBrite – fluorescent luminous paint which quickly absorbs light energy, glowing brighter and longer in partial light. LumiBrite starts glowing brightly in the dark and fades slowly.
