The GMT hand’s luminous tip is bordered in a tone to match the colour of the “GMT” printed on the dial and works with the bi-coloured dial ring with a 24- hour indication to mark the 2nd time zone. The dial features a World Map with the land area raised in a cd groove texture with latitude and longitude coordinates also raised over the sea. The black embossed alligator leather strap with tone-on-tone stitching, nubuck lining and double-press deployant buckle closure completes the richly elegant feel. Product Returns Process Returned products must arrive at our office within 14 days from the time an order is placed online or over the phone. We will not accept returned items that are shipped without the Return Code, improperly packaged, or uninsured. Failure to return the original diamond certificate (when applicable) will void your return. All returned items will be reviewed for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving, setting (certified diamonds that are purchased loose can't be set in a setting and returned) or resizing (by a jeweler other than BijouxEclore) that occurred after the item was shipped to the customer. Payment made via credit card will be credited back to the account. The exchange of an item does not extend the original return policy; the replacement item must be returned within 14 days from the original purchase. Once an order begins processing, it can be canceled within 1 business day. After that time, an order can not be canceled but may be returned within your 14 day return exchange. Custom items such as custom rings, custom jewelry or any other special order cannot be returned or canceled. Additionally, design deposits, custom head fees, customization fees and engraving fees and shipping fees are non-refundable.
